This policy explains what data TODO Better collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
What we collect
When you use TODO Better, we store the following data associated with your account:
- Account information (email address, display name)
- Task data (titles, descriptions, categories, due dates, estimates)
- Time tracking data (work sessions, durations, timestamps)
- Schedule and preference settings
- Basic usage data for service operation
Authentication
Authentication is handled through Supabase. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We do not have access to your raw password.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the service. We use your task and time tracking history to generate estimates and schedules within your own account. We do not share, sell, or provide your data to any third party.
Data security
All data is stored in a secure Postgres database hosted by Supabase. Row-level security ensures that each user can only access their own data. Connections are encrypted in transit via TLS.
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request account deletion, contact support@yttria.tools.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
